The Texas Firearms Festival is the premier firearms festival in Texas. I was approached to help the festival increase sales.
I initially noticed some glaring holes to their own success. For one, their website was not optimized for mobile, and as a result was ranking poorly by google. Additionally, a user had to make 4 clicks throughout the website to buy a ticket. This resulted in a 40% drop off of users who had clicked the ticket about page, but never actually made it to the purchase page.
As a result, I redesigned the website to focus on customer acquisition, with three Call-to-Actions on the homepage. As a result of my website update, the percentage of visitors that buy a ticket has increased 22%! I am continually A/B testing my work to increase conversions.
